When a self proclaimed dyed in the wool rocker comes back looking for a country song he heard on the radio with his grandparents 35 years ago because it's STILL in his head, you got yourself a good country song.

Saw Swayer Brown perform at the Strawberry Festival in the 90's. My mom bought me their band T-shirt. As the band was coming on the stage, there was a group of us kid's wanting autograph's. Mark Miller was generous to sign everyone's. Out of all the kid's, I was the only one to thank him. He was perplexed and asked my name. He said, "The next song is for you". He gave me a shout out before their first song. Moral of the story: Manners Matter.

Got to meet them in 1999 back stage at Cerritos Performing Arts Center in California. Nicest guys you will ever want to meet. My sister and our daughters and I had taken my 91 year old grandmother to see them perform and she clapped her hands and knee-slapped her leg like she was in her 20's again. I will always remember this night. Each of the guys greeted her warmly and shook her hand and she asked Mark if she could kiss his bald head and he let her. Just made her day. She had watched and cheered them on through their journey on Star Search with Ed McMahon and we would call each other after every show. You never heard such shouts for joy and jumping up and down when they Won!!! We love these guys!

George Straight and Sawyer Brown were the first two country music artists my uncle introduced to me to get me into country music at a very young age and I was hooked from day 1! Also interesting fact Mark Miller is waring a Philadelphia Phillies shirt because I believe he is or was a Philadelphia fan at the time. Philadelphia was playing in the World Series vs Toronto at the time. Toronto won the 1993 World Series over Mark”s Philadelphia Phillies. Yay Canada 🇨🇦 sorry Mark! 😏
