Dok been watching to you since pandemic days. My shoulder at neck problem ako that time .nwala Ngaun bumlik sya mas worse 2 months na sya halos arsw araw pag gising ko sa shoulder minsan sa neck pr syang stiff or else. As in araw arww paggising ano po pede gawen ko.

Hello po Doc, new subscriber from Canada, I wish I saw these videos long time. Been having low back pain for years due to osteoarthritis. I tried these exercises and it made me feel lighter right after doing these exercises. More low back exercises for osteoarthritis please especially strengthening exercises.
