Identifying a career path earlier than later can certainly help younger people to enter and advance in the workforce. That's what our guest for the February SBE WEBxtra will talk about. Katy Stokes is the work-based learning coordinator at Chesterfield County Public Schools in Virginia.
As SBE members know, the SBE has been working to engage younger people to come into broadcast engineering as a career. The SBE Technical Professional Training Program and the SBE Mentor Program are just some of the ways we're trying to do that.
