Old man alert. Cuplock , qes, pinlock, sl, sprint, ladder frames, gass, sgb, mast climbers, swing stages, buck hoist, hanging scaffolds. (Pinching clamps). I did it all boy's. Traveled the country. Real scaffold dog. Im an old man now. I lived on the edge over 30 year's before I broke my back. I miss being out there.

Done this with tube & fitting, about same height too. Good thrill but after a while you just forget about the heigh P.s. Don't advise doing this hungover!

Let go of the uprights!!! If your worried your gonna fall hook on with your lanyard, one day your gonna lean on something that isn't safe to lean on and get a nasty fright, or worse, apart from that though good seeing lads out on the hangers, last one I was on was on a boat in drydock in Aberdeen, Scotland about 6 months ago, first one I've done and wanna do more work like that

i'm working with this material, just built a hanger similar in slc, utah. i've also worked with safeway material. for hangers i like this stuff way better but overall building got to say safway.

I think cup lock is much better I’ve only worked with cup lock but I’ve heard nothing but good comments about when it comes to hanging it’s better it don’t shake or move that much it’s more stable

siren good on you mate, I did 25+ years. Only reason I stopped was three operations on my right shoulder and one on the left. I have the shoulders of an 80 year old according to my surgeon. I miss working in Scaffolding every day. Hard work, bullshitting with your workmates is what I miss, Oh and the cash! 🤘👍🇦🇺

Falling tools are the least of the worries mate if we are talking health and safety no 2 people should ever work above or below one another in the first place, a 21ft tube falling would spear streight through a van through anything in it and dig into the road so a falling podger is not a concearn

Alot of the time lanyard get in the way of doing the job and when you're holding a 9 foot runner in one hand you'd prefer to be able to get it in as quick as possible without getting wrapped up in a ton of lanyards.

@@SportsChannelCE indeed has posts and you should have a scaffold company in your area. Winter is typically a "slower" period with spring being when most outages and big work kicks off..if you can get in now you could get familiar with workflow/trvl before it gets really busy
