Just thinking about buying a Brother Scan & Cut machine. My question is: At the moment I create my designs to cut using the software Procreate on my Apple iPad will the Canvas Workspace work on my iPad. At the moment I’m using a Silhouette Portrait 2. Thanks

This is a lie. you cannot do almost anything without a paid subscription. like you need to buy a subscription to even emboss on your scan and cut

@@BrotherCraftsUSA None of those mention the SDX125EGY or the SDX125TS, I have heard of the EGY but never the TS. I have a SDX85S and I am happy with it but I was kind of sorry that I didn't get a 125 because of like the vinyl roll feeder the extra collections card and so on. I know someone that has a brand new SDZ125TS he is selling that is brand new, never used. He got it for someone and they didn't want it. I am just wondering what is the difference between the different models. I know they are all 125's but they have different extensions to the 125. In the 85 the extension signifies the color but I am lost on 125.

Good morning, Judi! The SDX125E and the SDX125EGY (dark gray on edges of machine) includes 3 activation cards for SVG files, and the SDX125TS includes a 12x24 inch mat and 12 SVG cutting files. The SDX125E and SDX125TS have light blue on the edges of the machine. ~ms

I have the error code ERRS02 that I can't resolve. I cannot locate any shape outside the cutting mat (I have done the click and drag trick to find something, but nothing appears). Is there a way to copy the image to a new mat?

Update: Brother could not help me. They looked at a screen shot and I sent them a file related to my project (since I couldn't download the actual file to send to them they said send another). They told me I had to create a new project.@@BrotherCraftsUSA
