(05/14/2020 10:47 PDT) Several Snohomish County Sheriff's Office deputies were enroute to a nuisance call at a Bartell Drugs store off of the 3600 block of 148th Street Southwest in unincorporated Lynnwood area after a male subject who was possibly high on drugs was in the backroom of the employees only area. It was likely that the store wanted to trespass the subject and ask for him to leave the store. The first deputy on scene reported the backing units to step up the response and then informed that he had tasered the subject after being non-compliant and confrontational. As the backing units arrived, the subject ran on foot for a foot pursuit and even after he got tasered again, he was still fighting with deputies on the ground. It took several more backup units to finally arrest the subject with probable cause of trespassing and resisting arrest.
