hey aaron, I got scapular dyskinesia in one shoulder and I always saw the rhomboid as a downward rotatator muscle as everyone is addressing. The thing I never realized is that it pushes the scap towards the spine, which is a problem of mine cause my scap pops out (not winged) when I do stuff like rowing (and I am weak in rowing in that shoulder). I always focused just one the serratus. Do you think that strenghtening the rhomboid could be good for me?

Any scapular strengthening would be beneficial. Finding out the cause of your dyskinesia would be the key.
