said I’d never join a car club… well that changed and I never thought I’d be with a car club for six or seven years Surf City Classics is a special case. I get frustrated. I want to quit. I never want to be part of a car club again and no matter what this is the greatest group of people ever! Today Brian our president and his son Brian Junior brought the club together to Cruz for one of his classmates who is suffering from stage four leukemia. His name is Nicolas, we gathered today at Lake Park. We even had the Vietnam helicopter and from Lake Park, we drove over to my hometown of Costa Mesa and gave this young man a thrill! Many cars cruising lots of engine revving lots of fun and we all parked our cars on the street and sang the young man happy birthday. We even had the Costa Mesa fire department drive one of their big pump trucks with us and gave him a Cmfd hat. He was brought many gifts many toys. Even though with all he’s going through such a positive young man happy to be with his friends articulate and intelligent and appreciative. He gave a great speech and it’s on this video along with a whole lot of other stuff. I hope we lifted his spirits. He’s going through something that no child should ever have to go through. I pray for him, we prayed for him his church prayed for him, and we hope for nothing for the best and for him to live life and to be with us as he deserves it, you will not be forgotten Nicolas… #cancer #classiccars #prayer
