BTW A-Aron, the LDS church does the same thing. Reality stars and social media personalities are allowed to break their convenients including dressing immodestly and not wearing their garments, and the church chooses to look the other way. Meanwhile if a member does the same thing, they lose their temple recommendation, meaning they can't get into heaven, get married, have their children with them when they die, etc.

They might ask Joe not to bring it up.. Joe might ask them is there anything they don’t want to talk about.. I think Joe seems like the kind of person to do that kind of thing out of respect for his guests. In that way Scientology would be using Joe to get scientologists on his show for subtle publicity. With Megan Kelly speaking she just sold her self out.. they are totally using Meagan Kelly. I’m sure inside scientology they would use it as an example that Megan is the type of person to go against her religion, morals & ethics.

My thinking onJoe Rogan is that he brings these particular scientologists on to discuss health related topics and physical fitness. If you have a catholic priest on who is an anthropologist to talk about anthropology ,You don’t ask them their religion ,you dont ask them if they know any child molesting priests. I doubt very much Joe Rogan would accept money for a speaking engagement not fight related. Megan Kelly has always been kind of wishy washy when it comes to actual ethics. Joe Rogan interviews people he absolutely does not align with, but due to the fact that he doesn't ridicule,it encourages people to go on his show who wouldn't necessarily entertain it. Who said he was a Scientologist? The title says Scientology is using him. The way he describes "suppressive persons" at 1:40 doesn't even make sense if he believes Rogan was a Scientologist. Why would he even waste time explaining how Scientology treats people who are *not* Scientologists? He doesn't bring this up when he's discussing people who he presents as being Scientologists now or at one point. Yet when talking about Rogan, he goes out of his way to clarify that today, only Scientologists get officially declared to be "suppressive persons," after he explicitly states that the hypocrisy is due to the fact that Scientology should be ordering their members to *treat* Rogan & Kelly as suppressive persons. If he actually believed Joe Rogan was a Scientologist, then he would say "Scientology should be officially declaring him a suppressive person," and he wouldn't even bother bringing up how non-Scientologists are treated. After reading the title and watching just 2 minutes, I have already picked up that he's not going all out accusing Joe Rogan of being a member of Scientology. Something that isn't in the character of this channel in the first place. I'd be pretty surprised.

What is worrisome here is that we can be against Scientology’s practices and still respect someone’s right to pursue their own personal belief system. I really dislike the calling out of people based on their personal beliefs. Joe Rogan is a grown man and can discern when someone is trying to push Scientology. The fact that KneesOverToes guy is a Scientologist doesn’t take away from the fact that he developed an exercise approach that helps people, anymore than if you had developed something before you left. I don't know sometimes he seems kind of gullible. He sent for the books. Maybe he was on his way to be audited and he saw a squirrel and if wasn't for that he would of joined.

Something that has always baffled me about Greta - it's like she has never done the Communication course. She never gives an ack (acknowledgement) to any comm cycle. Never ever! No thank you, got it, I understand, OK, NOTHING WHATSOEVER! How is that???

Joe Rogan is not a Scientologist, he's an independent broadcaster, which you can see from his range of guests

I totally agree and wish that JR would bring on these scientologist and ask them straight forward questions like that. We all know that JR videos get tons of views but do you think that JR knows just how viral it would go if he did bring up scientology to these people?

Yes I noticed one time he seemed to be just oddly going soft on them. I think they know that there's certain prominent people that they can't "win", they can't win them over and they won't join, but the person is prominent enough that if they can soften them up to a more neutral position, they consider that as good as a win. I imagine 2 ways they achieve this. 1 just a direct approach, they just approach the person, say it's just a church we know we might seem silly to you, but look at any other church, they've all got beliefs unique to members that might seem a bit strange to non-members, but all we want is to just be at peace with you and we'll leave each other alone. Or the other option, which sounds like this is what happens, they game it out, how the person can be "got at". Not threatened, that wouldn't work, not offered membership or money, but how they can be reached, publicly or privately. The best way to do that is get people who are already known to a target like Rogan, make them useful to him, make them interesting to him, figure out ways that they can have their pitch get to his eyes and ears. It could be direct, like "man I'm in trouble with the church, they say that stuff hurts, I told them you don't mean any harm, and we're not going to tell you what to do, but I'll be honest they wanted me to talk to you. They don't wish you any harm and they know you're not trying to hurt the members, it's just like any church, we've got some stuff that only members believe in, we know it doesn't make sense to you, we can't expect you to go along with it" etc. Just steering him very gently. Or indirectly, just being lavish with the generosity, bring in people close to him that they know he likes or respects, and every time they've got a choice to make life easier for him or be difficult, they always just make life easier for him, help him get guests he wants, help people in his orbit share any resources he ever needs, etc etc. Eventually just chipping away at the individual until they finally think "you know what, these scientologists believe some out there stuff, but which church doesn't? Basically these people are alright. I think they make a strategic decision at an early stage, is this person too big to take on? Will we look worse by going after them directly? Because we all know human nature. Eventually, with enough easy treatment in Scientology dominated media and their orbiters social media feeds, enough access to studios whenever needed, enough help with private jets whenever needed by members who can spare it, enough free accommodation, enough help with guest bookings, eventually human nature dictates that those people chip away until they are much less resistant, until finally they live or work or maintain enough friendships in a way that it would become more awkward than not to lambast them publicly again. It's like seeing a private intelligence operation in action. The only thing the target needs to bring to the party is typical human nature, and if they're not 100% predictable or they react a little bit differently from what they expected, simple they just fine tune along the way. E.g., one person might be just greedy for free stuff, so that's how they get them. Or a journalist might be too easily starstruck so they play to that with available celebrities. Or somebody else might be just stubborn and rate their own intelligence highly, so they just pander to that drip feeding whatever information flatters their self belief until they think they've got it worked out. But eventually the person is at least neutralised. They might never be won over, certainly never join, but it's a win if they stop being actively damaging.
