Complain to Parliament who decided to amalgamate the Scottish Regiments...now into 1....although the Black Watch seem to recognize the regiment amalgamated to each unit. I get it,we are at"peace" and it is cheaper for the Govt to run (???). Still....maybe this is why so many Scots want to separate.

I recently watched one Scottish marching band video and now KZitem is feeding me lots of them ... all good stuff. I’m impressed with the skill of the camera person, obviously using a steadicam, but being able to walk at the speed of the march through the crowds on the sidewalk while focusing on the camera shot and not colliding with someone. Do you have a second person guiding the camera person and clearing the way? Greetings from Nova Scotia, Canada.

26yrs now foregone in past, historian scholars perhaps still debate, World War or global conflict, how long the battles. In a civilized modern era after the world wars and Peoples outcrys, the horrors of the tides of war 6 weeks perhaps 9 weeks what defines where VICTORY and Victories soon would abound and 325000 adversaries flee regroup to 96000 and yet still flee again.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but 2 Scots is a lowland regiment, and they were in trewes on the regular in the old days? From a Yank who at least knows a little about the Royal Regiment.
@delvinrodriguez3341
Жыл бұрын
Hello! The reason the Drum Major leading isn't wearing a kilt is because, he's from 2 SCOTS Royal Highland Fusiliers a Lowland Regiment. In the Army Scottish regiments where separated into two, "Highland" & "Lowland" Regiments. The Lowland Regiments from the South or the Flat Lands of Scotland would wear "Trews" (Not Trousers!) with the tartan pattern of their respective Regiment, and the Highland Regiments from the North or the Mountains of Scotland would wear the Famous Kilts. This is interesting because if you research Trews they're actually part of the Highland culture not the Lowland! Uniforms are also different because of Regimental traditions.
