As far as I'm aware this should be the first dual nozzle 3d printer made in scrap mechanic! (correct me if I'm wrong)

Sorry to tell you it's not entirely new, congrats though for coming up with it yourself from what it seems. Also you could check out binary piston setups to decrease the number of pistons in your gantry
