The female cop asked me "is this your bike?" and in my imagination she turned to me with an erotic gaze, the wind flying in waves throuh her hair, asking if she can date me.. But it ended up like it unfortunatly ends up in reality.. Another true story One day an AMG challenged me in the city. i ended up at 130 kmh in the city (50 kmh) Again, but now 2 female cops, stoped me, and charged me with 20 euros as a warning and again my imagination played the same trick on me with a spontaniously "menage a troi" so... Attitude really counts for a lot more than gender. Deny everything and the cops will escalate. However, be contrite and admit without inventing excuses (and having a clean driving history) and you’ve got a good chance of the offence being written down to a level where the cop has the ability to determine if deterrence rather than punishment is sufficient. In a sense it is gender discrimination because men lie, women cry. That said, a kid without much experience in that situation might well be fined to the max just to keep him/her off the road for a couple of years until they’re passed the “I’m immortal” stage of life.

Just seeing your twaap for the first time today and loving it. Great videos, music and editing. So nice to see a hot twaap with so many interests and skills. Here in the US we get points for speeding which causes our insurance rate to up, pulse the fines of course. I think if you're doing 40 to 60 mph over the limit they'll lock you up on the spot. I'll never forget when I was young, dumb and full of chum I was drunk one night at like 1 AM when my dumb ass thought it would be a good idea to go gambling in Atlantic City. It was about a 75-minute ride that I did in 30 minutes (Yama FZ1). Lord till this day I don't know how I've stayed alive this long.

I’m talking no more than 5mph over the posted speed or reckless overtaking, etc. type of riding. But the other 5% of the time though... when it seems reasonably safe to do so I’ll have some fun, which one time resulted me passing a cop parked on the side of the road going 135mph - in a 55mph zone. Knowing what was about to go down I slowed down and pulled over before he even put his lights and sirens on. When he pulled up behind me and got out I was expecting to get cuffed and my license revoked but turns out he was busy radaring someone else so didn’t even clock my speed and let me go!

I don't know why people bother blurring their speedo in these type of videos. The video could easily be analyzed (using various methods) and the speed determined accurately to three decimal places. And, since the police have records of the intercept date, time and location; they can connect this video to their intercept. That's all the evidence that is needed to prosecute.

I’ve got a 2018 Ducati monster 1200, I’m fighting a ticket currently here In Australia. I was in an area on the outskirts of Sydney where the speed limit changes constantly between 70 & 80 kmph. HWY patrol noticed me and after a few sets of lights he finally pulled me over. Admitted straight away he had no radar reading and then proceeded to send me a ticket in the mail for 20 kmph over ($480 and 4 points), with a note that the actual speed was around 34 kmph over ( which would be 6 month loss of licence). So he under-fined me which was supposed to be nice of him, but he doesn’t have any proof. I asked for a review of the ticket, and they just told me that ‘HWY patrol are trained to estimate speed by eye’ . Which if of course bull, as ever changing speeds, landscape, weather, traffic, any loss of visual all make it impossible to estimate speed. Yet the ticket claims a specific number of 114kmph (34 over)🙄 I’m now taking it to court which is beginning to be more trouble than it’s worth for true justice. Making shit up and having it be considered as hard evidence is beyond wrong.

Crossing double white lines is a big big no no. I worked in France a few years ago and a colleague crossed over double solid white lines like you did to over take, but unfortunately gendarmes saw it plus she was was speeding 110 kmh through a 60 kmh which she didn't see as sign hidden by the truck. She was arrested and next day sent to local magistrates court which opened specially for her. She got a big fine €1800 iirc and banned from driving in France for 6 months. She avoided jail as it was first time and she wasn't French. Also BvGrumble was fined about 2,400 Swiss Francs for doing about 145kmh on a RN in Switzerland where the limit I think was 90kmh. The police told him If he had been riding 1kmh faster they would have arrested and prosecuted him and taken his bike away. It was their 2nd budget bike battle I think, not the police but Chris and Statham. You can watch it. I think it's still on the 44teeth channel. Maybe you already seen it? Both France and Switzerland do not like drivers and bikers who speed. France has a lot of hidden radar traps now. Penalties are harsh. You were lucky this time. You should have at least waited for the double whites to end. Ride safe.

@@TwoWheelsAndAPonytail Glad you have learned from it. Actually the fine handed out to BvG was 4,000 SF on the spot, for riding 144kmh in a 90kmh limit. Here it is, kzitem.info/news/bejne/0oJp3GGMr5-Dm6g. And my colleague in France had to have her assistant do all the driving as she was banned and couldn't do her job otherwise. It happened in Brittany. Some years ago, but little has changed in France in fact it is worse now with all the hidden radar traps. They even pursue foreign registered cars and bikes for the fines or you are done for if caught by the gendarmes if you your riding was really fast. The French authorities really hate motorcycling anyway. But if riders want to ride that fast then perhaps go to Germany on the autobahns or take a track day. But don't cross double white lines, ever, or in France the same goes for single solid white lines as well. Rozzers frequently wait at black spots to catch drivers and riders crossing them which seems to be just what happened to you. Think if you had been prosecuted your anonymity would likely have been blown as your face would have likely appeared in the local press or I suppose you could have just accepted it and pleaded guilty, so maybe not, but nevertheless the repercussions could have been rather inconvenient for you. Nice bike though ;@). Hope you have made a full recovery from your scaphoid injury. Safe riding.

I realise you weren't riding in France but police in main European countries are pretty harsh on bikers who travel really fast and especially if crossing solid or double solid lines. Ride safe.

Your cops are so nice. Either you are as beautiful as Romee Strijd (or more), or your police actually care about the citizenry. I can understand enough to hear their genuine concern for your safety. They also think your bike it hot, so that helps. Here in the US, the job of the police is to extort money from the poor and weak, and then beat the rest of us up. :-) However, I have known a nice vice cop once (on a semi-personal level), and been given a break by an African American cop I almost ran over on the highway after he leapt out in front of me. So, there's that.

@@TwoWheelsAndAPonytail Yes. I worked in France a few years ago and a colleague crossed over double solid white lines like you did, but unfortunately gendarmes saw it plus she was riding 110 kmh in a 60. She was sent to local magistrates court which opened specially big fine €900 iirc and banned from driving for 6 months. She avoided jail as it was first time. Also BvG was fined 2,400 Swiss Francs for doing about 145kmh on a RN in Switzerland where the limit I think was 90kmh. If he had been riding 1kmh faster they would have arrested and prosecuted him and taken his bike away. It was their 2nd budget bike battle I think. You can watch it. It's on the 44Teeth channel. Maybe you already seen it. Both France and Switzerland do not like drivers and bikers who speed. France has a lot of hidden radar traps now. Penalties are harsh. You were lucky this time. Ride safe.

Man man man. Beetje doorrijden kan best, maar als je wil racen boek dan maar een circuit dag.

David got a ticket for speeding just yesterday! First ticket for him on a motorcycle ever which is a miracle. Usually they let him off with a warning. But apparently they were patrolling the area because of complaints and recording everything. The officer was literally sad to have to give him the ticket because he liked David and his bike so much. But he said it was caught on camera and he had to do his job. But the officer did reduce the speed so it won't be as expensive or serious so that was cool. 👨👩👧 ❤
