Excellents videos! I've started rugby less than a year ago and I'm refering to your videos to improve on my passing and running skills as a 9 and winger. Thank you very much! 🏉💪

Hi Luke. Hope you are well. Great channel with awesome drills my 10 year old does as regular as he can. I was wondering do you have anything on speed to the ruck for the scrum half. My lad is a scrum half and I can’t find anything with tips on how to ensure he is always at the ruck very quickly. Hope you can help. Kind Regards Mark

Hi Mark, the main skill to learn is the "Corner Flag Line" so almost running towards the corner flags in anticipation of where the ruck will be. If your team is attacking well then hopefully the next ruck is further forward than the previous ruck, so corner flagging allows you to get there first. Hope this helps, thanks for watching the vids.

Hey Benjamin, thank you for the message. As with any skill it all just takes time and practice. With sidestepping I would start doing the stepping patterns on your own at a slow pace, when you're comfortable with them then do them jogging, then running, then sprinting, then add a defender, then a decision and finally take it into a game. Good Luck with it
