@@smithkirsty03 I find music, a hoodie (try and find a light weight one), and lots of positive mental reinforcement prior to my session (v hard not going to lie) are the keys to reduce anxiety for me. Hope you're doing well 😊

If you lift heavy, you won't get much visible muscles anyway because women don't bulk nearly as much as men.

Whitney this is the first time I've ever commented and I've been following you for over a year! I just wanted you to know that you're so inspiring. I just lost my job and I just watched the Q&A where you talked about how you lost yours! I'm trying to keep my head up, everything happens for a reason. I've found that working out and going to the gym helps give me confidence and feels so much better than sitting at home with a netflix bing and donuts....
