Definitely not 60's I think, his style was much less showy(and staccato)then.

The record I took it from is a compilation of Irish Dance Music which I purchased in 1974. The record I have has no date on it. Its on the ''Blarney Castle Irish Records'' lable. That's why I put late 60's on it. Mcguire I feel always had the ability to perform at any level, flamboyant or otherwise. Thanks for listening.

It sounds like the record that was on the jukebox in my local pub in the early 1960s around 1963 or so.

@@untonsured He recorded with Roger Sherlock in the 70’s(1st album), there was fine playing on that album.
