John my friend, what you did there was so much more important than fishing! Like you I have been there in a very dark place and it very nearly cost me my life. Not only do you produce some great videos but on this video you showed that your heart really is in the right place. I raise my hat to you and hope that one day when I come to Llandudno fishing we will meet up and have a pint and a chat together! I raise my hat to you sir!!!

There's no such thing as coincidences. Your whole energy was confused and stuck for making a solid decision for that whole session, until you got to the last mark! So many men suffer in silence and many lose the battle. Fair play to you for speaking up!! with the following you have ,you really dont know how many people you may have just reassured and helped just by speaking so frankly about your own situation. Ive been there myself and its a living hell. But with positivity and forgiveness for yourself theres always light at the end of the tunnel. Reach out and dont stay silent if you are suffering! We all suffer at some point all of us!

The is no better person to help someone in their hour or need than someone who has and is going through the same situation,. You were meant to be there that night mate, something definitely sent you there! This could be the start of a great friendship, you have both got so much in common, stay strong bro 😉💪👊❤🎣👍

The tide stays high for a very short time due to the fact that rhe tide doesn't actually move in or out. The rise and fall of the tide is caused by the gravitational pull of the moon as the earth rotates first into the higher water and then out of it
