This is an Anaspidea, otherwise known as a Sea Hare. It hides in plain sight by being almost indistinguishable from a strand of kelp seaweed. It has the same shape, colour and gentle movements of kelp in a current and the only reason I spotted this one among the rest of the seaweed in a rockpool at Newbiggin in Northumberland is that it was moving when there was no current and the other seaweeds were static.
