I’ve been playing around with painting and sealing phone cases. They have not been fully tested for functionality yet. This case was custom made for a friend who will be one of the testers 😄 I’m curious to see how the case fares. ☺️
I did an acrylic paint pour on the case and am sealing it with KS resin.
Note: if you try this, keep in mind that I haven’t tested whether or not the resin can melt on a hot day in the car, or crack on a really cold day of left in a car, and damage your phone. Try this at your own risk.

Tips and safety info:
*Read and follow all instructions that come with your resin
*Work in a well-ventilated area
*Wear a respirator and gloves
*Protect your table
*Make sure your work surface is level
*Make sure your painting is fully cured before you resin
*Be careful not to scorch the resin with the blow torch or heat gun
*Wear clothing you don’t mind getting messed up in case you wipe your gloved hand on your clothes (not recommended), or you spill resin on to yourself.
******* Remember: resin is a chemical which cures by a reaction and it does warm up during this process. Treat it as a chemical and keep your safety in mind.
If you used heat to pop bubbles; remember the resin gets very hot and will burn you if you touch it while hot.
