Between them they have decided to put Cheryl on a performance plan despite Cheryl confiding in her manager Donna, that she is seeking diagnosis for autism and is seeing a counsellor.
Cheryl can't seem to do right for doing wrong after her colleagues complained she was a bit abrasive and over competitive.
Cheryl now feels under pressure from her employer and is hoping to get her appointment for diagnosis sooner than ever.
