I'm glad it's a September game in NE thank November/ Dec.

I have come to HATE how much someone’s fantasy points affects people’s perception of impact on the game. DK didn’t have a good “fantasy” game but he absolutely made a difference throughout the entire game. Fantasy has ruined the eye test for the casual fan because-to folks who don’t pay attention to the game or who have played the game-fantasy is their only scale of production to go by. Yet if, anyone understands the game watched Sunday, they saw DK be amazingly effective by essentially taking Surtain out of the picture and making it 11 v 10. The ink on Surtains contract had yet to dry before Seattles secondary saw two picks and a forced fumble. The highest paid DB in the league had zero impact on the game because DK made him work. But because there are not fantasy points for distracting a star DB, the average fan doesn’t realize the impact DK had on the game

I would be fine with Nwosu nut getting back out there until the Dolphins game. Make sure he's absolutely 100%. We need him when we play the better teams and especially the teams in our division.

With all the injuries, this is going to be a close game. With the physical nature that NE plays, we could end up with even more. Geno is use to having defenders in his face. He'll put up a fight despite the shaky O line. But if Walker is out and they can't run the ball, NE will win in a low scoring game.

I think it as gonna be a close one anyway. Kind of a defensive, run first in the trenches slugfest. I think K9 might be more precautionary but we do have Charbs and Kenny Mac so I think we can run the ball. The Pats D, as good as it was vs Cinci, gave up 5 yds/ rush Sunday.

@@ernieallison3141 It all rests on the O line. Can the coaches get that position group firing on all 5 cylinders?

@@whitebird357 Very true, but they were much better in run blocking than pass pro. The 2 guards are pretty good run blockers. Having them try to hold up in traditional dropbacks is just a recipe for trouble like it was last week early. Hopefully Grubb and Huff learned from that and have a better plan to start the game.

@@ernieallison3141 Seahawks learned from the first half the effective D line tendencies and changed up their blocking in the second half. A couple of those nice runs by Walker seemed to operate off of a semi-trap block scheme. Mano y Mano they could not handle the Broncos D line, even over on the right side. The left side was even worse in the first half. They should learn from that experience and be better prepared for the Pats, but there is only so much you can do when you are lacking talent at the G positions and no true NFL starter for the RT.
