I had never heard of this pasta perogies (chk so) before. They look good I might try making some with soyrizo and cheese inside! I love watching your videos because you are so down to earth and you always just go with the flow. It’s relaxing to watch. That volcano or mountain 🏔️ is so beautiful. That waterfall is beautiful! Those were some beautiful shots of the waterfall! I really like how the sunlight was beaming through the trees too. Also were you a professional chef in a past life or something? You always make these fancy meals while out on the road. About the fanciest thing I have ever made while camping is throwing stuff in a pie iron and cooking it over a fire!

What i like about your vids is how much nature you film. You should publish a list or book about all these waterfalls and other beautiful places you visit so we can find them. Magnificent camera work, some of the best I've seen.

Can tell you're from PA also haha. My family and I make perogies for christmas and easter every year. We boil them then pan fry them in lots of butter and onions. These looked great you definitely did a good job! (If you do not use all the filling its good to make cheesy potato pancakes with)

Stunning waterfall. I would say that McClellan said that so that nobody would come and build or commercialize the place. He probably wanted it to remain unspoiled and just as lovely as when he first saw it. Props to him! And I'm in Hershey PA--love me some homemade pierogies!! How about baked oatmeal?

Thanks for taking me along on a great day, water falls then a peaceful lake, it reminded me of one I used to go to in Mt. Gretna to be alone. Then you top it off with good food at a great campsite ❤

Ahhh stop, I love Mt Gretna! There's the big chair you can sit on and I used to love jumping off that diving board in the middle of the lake ❤️ my family went there many times

Thank you for bushwhacking through that stuff to take us to that waterfall. Amazing! Also, the pierogis looked delicious, you did great! When I lived in Chicago, I was introduced to pierogies by my Polish friends... if you really want your mind blown, check out Australian "meat pies", sound sketchy, but are actually amazing (and don't have to include meat). That was a crazy hike / trail? Majestic waterfall, well worth it, I’d say. I’m impressed by your ability to find amazing locations devoid of people. Your cooking skills and recipes, from the back of Elron, are superior to what I cook in my full kitchen at home. I read “Pride and Prejudice”. I’ve read a huge amount of classics. “Jane Eyre” is one of my favorites. They’re great and mostly free on my kindle. Stay safe and be well. ❤❤❤

Pierogi....is a staple in Western MA. There's a lot of Polish American settlers here. And you made them just like they are made/served in that region. I ❤ them with spaghetti sauce and Asiago cheese...or pan fried with sesame oil.
