Itne rate bhi to dealer nai hi bada rakhe hai tabhi to log nhi hai waha , sirf trading hai end user to hai hi nahi, jungle hai koi facility nhi hai fir bhi itne mehenge rate, isse acha to log Rohini ke dusre sector mai lekr rhe sakte sector 1 sa lekar 28 tk. Actula rate to 32 mtr ka 28-30 lakh ka hona chaiye ..

For pooling 100 Cr. In a year, we need near 8,33,333.33 residential owners in sector-34. Itne plot hai bhi vaha, 10 logo me consents hona difficult hai, here dreaming 100 Cr. Is quite impossible. It may be a big scam so please be cautious.

इस मामले में मेरा मानना है कि 1200 रुपए प्रतिवर्ष बहुत बड़ी राशि नहीं है । यह राशि इकट्ठी होने पर कुछ काम यह खुद करवा देंगे और कुछ बड़े कामों में DDA की मदद ले लेंगे । यदि हम माने इनके कहे अनुसार कार्यों में से कुछ काम कम भी होते हैं तो भी पॉकेट साफ सुथरी और अच्छी नजर आएगी । मुझे दूर दूर तक भी इसमें कोई नुकसान की संभावना नजर नहीं आ रही है ।
