Good video. Actually the old Griff's is now a doughnut shop. The Subway is in the old Winchell's doughnuts building. It was a video rental place for quite a while.

I know these locations. I lived in Sedalia for about 10 years and watched trains in the same spots.

Thanks for viewing Ron. The train frequency is less now. Most of the east bound trains go on the river line to Jeff City. we still have a local that serves the Corning plant , junk yard and the team track at Engineer st.

Ken Bird Yes, we last lived in the area 2003-2010. They use the Sedalia sub and river sub like double track main. All east bound traffic takes the flatter river sub to save fuel. UP guys call the. Sedalia sub the wooden axle route now because of high train frequency but very low tonnage since all the coal drags are empty. Between Warrensburg, Sedalia, Otterville, & Syracyse I literally lived along that line for 35 years.

Grifth's is now a Subway and SC High is mow the Jr. High. Eddy's is also long gone. However downtown is doing well and now the "Historic District" Came back and see all the changes. The town is booming with new factories and housing..
