I love seed breads! I had long wanted to offer a gluten-free, flour-free and yeast-free version of the grain bread. The advantage of this bread is that you can make rolls of it, then freeze them to always have some at home. A delight for breakfast or for an aperitif. I like to eat it hot, so I grill the slices before eating them. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
200 g of gluten-free oatmeal (2 cups + 1/2 cup)
30 g of pumpkin seeds (3 tablespoons)
30 g millet flakes (3 tablespoons)
60 g sesame seeds (1/3 cup)
30 g sunflower seeds (4 tablespoons)
20 g chia seeds (2 tablespoons)
80 g of flax seeds (1/2 cup)
10 g of psyllium (if you don't have any, add a little more chia seeds) - 2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon of salt
450 ml of water (1 cups + ¾ cup + 2 tbsp)
