You are killing me Mike. That is incredible. The Padauk really pops. But I got to say your videos are great. They are as good as some of the big name makers and way better then a heck of a lot of them. Love the different camera angles, showing all sides of what is going on. Nice Celtic music too. I will subscribe. Wish you were closer, I would be over there bugging you and picking tour brain. I also have lots of shop smith lathe questions. Be safe.

I really enjoy sharing my videos, I am pleased that you get a kick out of them. I hope to make more, but I am very spiratic in producing them. I did notice that you are a woodworker too. That was a real nice pine table top that I saw on FB. I would love to talk shop with you any time. Are there any clubs/guilds in Missoula? Here in Lancaster I am a member of the Antelope Valley Woodturner's Association (AVWA). It has been a real inspiration to me and I enjoy going to our meetings (6 meetings a year; every other month).

Hello, I would especially like to know the different dimensions of the wooden sticks that you use: the widths and the thicknesses. Thank you

Do you ever have an issue with the glue joints of the segments failing since it's a lot of end grain? Curious because I'm about to make a really similar bangle out of olive wood.

Maker SAW - I have had one break when I dropped it on the concrete floor. It did not have great fit to begin with. If your angles are spot on the joint is exceptionally strong. I’ve tried to break then with my hands and a could not. Good luck with your bracelets.

I make most bracelet inside diameter no smaller than 2.5”. The long base of the trapezoid shape is about 7/8” -15/16” ( I’m going off of memory here) the angle of cut is 15 degrees of course for making a 12 wedge glue up to complete the circle.

There are 12 segments, so the angle of cut 15 degrees. The jig is fairly simple, search "wedgie sled" and there are several videos on the subject. The length of each segment is 7/8" on the long side, which produces a ring with about 2-1/2" diameter. Very sorry to take so long responding.
