25 years ago, can't believe it. Her level of English shows how cultured/educated she is. I feel like those two would have different results if they tried 20 years later (when K-Pop is gaining in popularity in the states) as Americans and the west are more perceptive to international music.

It her third album. First album Records in english (Sound of my heart) released in 1985 only in Japan and Hong Kong.

@TheJaroszek512 that was supposed to be her US debut, but ended up releasing in Japan and Hong Kong instead. She didn't have much time to travel anymore as she was on a semi-retirement when she got married

Her hair is not a mullet, it was a feathered hair. It's called Seiko-chan Cut.

It's hard to believe that Seiko Matsuda is the mother of Sayaka Kanda. Sayaka Kanda is the voice actress of Kaede Akamatsu from Danganronpa!
