There are many people walking around with a negative view of themselves. This can lead to low self-esteem, comparing themselves to others, and missing out on interactions and opportunities with others. In some cases, individuals can reject themselves through self-sabotaging behaviour, negative self-talk, and not accepting the positive feedback they receive from others. In this video, I discuss the benefits of self-acceptance and the damage that self-rejection can do. This is an area that I have specialised in as a coach and Counsellor for many years and I love seeing the progress that can be made when a person finally starts to accept and love themselves.
