Those are some strategies for coping with anxiety and depression:
♡Physical activity: Exercise can help boost mood and energy levels. It can also help you sleep better, which is often a problem for people with SAD.
♡Social activity: Spending time with friends and family or participating in group activities can help you feel more connected and less isolated.
♡Light: Sunlight and Serotonin. Sunlight can affect the body’s production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays a role in key bodily functions, including sleep, digestion, and mood
♡Diet: Eating a healthy diet can help you feel better overall, and certain foods may help boost your mood. For example, foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like salmon and walnuts, and foods with vitamin D.
♡Routines: Keeping a regular schedule and includes regular sleeping and waking times, regular meals, and regular exercise.
♡Try to avoid doing everything at the same time if you’re feeling overwhelmed.
