I have been drinking Kefir regularly for breakfast since Luca, my second born, was 3 months old in my tummy. Ever since then I have noticed many incredible health benefits, most notably was my smooth and vibrant pregnancy, delivery and now breast feeding time. But I also feel stronger and not as prone to illness plus my allergies and other minor ailments have all disappeared. I second son Luca is also so content and strong I can't help but wonder if all does wonderful probiotics have anything to do with that.
