ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Patricia Williams has an MA in Counselling Psychology, and is a Registered Art Therapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor and visual artist. She completed her Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teacher training with Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer (the co-founders of MSC). Patricia also facilitates workshops and retreats based on her own published model called ONEBird, which integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and creative expression. She teaches art therapy at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT).
