We all have our own methods of self regulation, some are intentional and others are unconsciously played out in life.
Ensuring that you are aware of what flaws you have within your being can be managed once you enter the door of peacefulness and tranquility.
I am finding myself getting anxious some mornings which can sometimes be unbearable, the only way I can naturally tackle that is through yoga, breathwork, meditation and general exercise.
It takes some work, but once I start each day with this routine then the most trauma effects ease.
Once I exercise my regimental routine, magic happens within, I can feel physiological changes taking place and that alone is enough to make me feel great.
Although the tremors or headaches might persist, I feel that my spirit has been uplifted, then I can go and take on the day.💪🙏
