How to jump high back over the bar
This is a technique used by many high jumpers in competition. To perform this technique, you need to go through the following steps:
a. Sun burn
You need to run from 7-13 steps. One of the tips for running momentum is that you should measure your momentum before doing this phase. Then choose the dominant foot as the jumping foot. Put this foot forward, the non-dominant foot behind.

b. Jumping stage
After reaching the appropriate position, the foot jumps about 90-100cm from the bar. Knees down about 140 degrees, bend knees, use bounce to bring your body up. Next, kick your feet up high, arms out front. It is recommended to use your hands in combination with the swinging foot to add more thrust to your jump.
Finish this phase with your body in the air and your back toward the bar. Be careful not to touch your back to the bar. Head up, arms folded in front of chest.
c. Grounding
In the grounding phase, you need to adjust your legs to fall in a ready-to-ground position, knees slightly bent and body straight.
