Semolina dessert (Sherbet dessert)
2 eggs
half a glass of powdered sugar
half a tea glass of liquid
1 glass of yogurt
1 glass of semolina
1 packet of baking powder
A little more than 3 glasses of flour (egg size increases the amount, add in a controlled manner)
to find
half a glass of semolina
Over
half a glass of water
For the sherbet
3 cups powdered sugar
3 glasses of water
few drops of lemon juice
We started to boil the syrup, then boil it for 15 minutes. Dessert is preheated at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 22-23 minutes.
Serbet and sweet are brought together with warmth.
