Kjaer deserves it because he embodied all good value about Milan. Fans have huge respect for him!

For the guy who asked about Italian papers wanting an Italian coach. Only two foreign coaches have won Serie A. The rest have all been Italian!

Very good points on the "bat for your mates". I didn't see it that way and it makes a lot more sense. I like we fact that the choice of manager came from ticking boxes and not hype. Motta is this season's sesation and De Zerbi is last season's Motta. Fonseca is obviously brilliant and his Lille side is well drilled (don't get me started with the issues of the French league but long story short, it's hard to judge). It looks like a Pioli 2.0 who can add more stuff. Who is also excited for the telenovella with De Laurentiis and Conte? I've never been this excited for another team's season. I honestly think it will work and be extremely entertaining.

I want to remind you, Kjaer came to the team when the defense was in complete crap, he rebuilt everything brick by brick and built a wall, in the first two years he was one of the best defenders in Serie A, but your memory is too short Yes, even after the injury he played very good matches in the Champions League. But this man just always throws shit at Simon

Saying Milan never cast off a legend while Pirlo won multiple scudetto with Juve is incredible.

The only thing I’m excited about is Pioli isn’t going to be around to stifle our young talent. I hope to see Zeroli, Jímenez and Simic more often

We "made" Sacchi, Capello and Ancelotti by having a lot of the best players in the world at that time. Now we have Calabria as captain...

probably it was necessary to spit in the face of all three in the opinion of this expert. how good that most Milan fans know how to honor players who have done a lot for the club, and such as this expert are few

These days there is no difference between Atalanta and Milan, both clubs have only one goal: be in top4 because of CL money but only one of those clubs are winning European cups on the way and are good at selling players they created or revived. Fonseca is solid manager to get that top4 finish and work with what he's given but he's not title winning manager nor he'll ever be. Also Conte coming to Napoli means they are title contenders along with Inter, Juve got Motta and will invest so we have only one CL spot left. What players can we expect with salary cap of 3-4M p/y when we're known for not paying big transfer fees, not paying agent provisions and having coach that is paid less then average player?

The sentiment on display in the final match was nothing short of sickening. If the players and coaches leaving had won the CL that would be fair enough but another season of underachievement should never be rewarded with standing ovations. However, giving Caldara a farewell was an insult. He has played no more than 3 times in five seasons, and Pioli's choice to give him a send-off was fitting to end Pioli's time at Milan. Thank you for the title but good riddance.

ohh yes, I think you should be supporting another team. Milan has a history of sending off it's players with style (with the exception of Maldini)

@@user-vc1nt1kp2n No I'm sticking with supporting Milan and with my opinion. As for Maldini's treatment, it is an open sore that has yet to heal.
