Had a good laugh at it.. then I looked up how the laws are on cannons here in germany.. well I did not expect alot. Aside from them being illegal.. turns out Cannons are legal to own for anyone above the age of 18 y/o. Only problem is, you are not allowed to own Blackpowder without the proper license (Fireworks license basicly)... Aside from that, the reason why cannons are allowed here is .. quote(Translated): "Singlebarrel blackpowder muzzle loading weapons (flint lock, percussion cap, fuze) up to a caliber of 75mm are considered "less effective" and thus allowed to be purchased and owned by any person age 18 and above." Well, I like to make fun of some silly laws, but this one is the best I´ve seen in a long time.. You get 1-10 years prison for a blackpowder double barrel shotgun. But no one bets an eye when you got a 75mm muzzle loader cannon in your driveway.

While I fully support feeding Mr. Chippy, I understand where the FPC is coming from and agree with them. The Constitution gives everyone, even criminals, certain rights, like the right to a fair and speedy trial. Hopefully that trial determines the truth, to prevent falsely accused innocents from meeting Mr. Chippy feet-first, and hopefully it sentences all those who are actually guilty to the punishment they deserve **happy Mr. Chippy sounds** If you start picking and choosing which bits of the Constitution then the same can be done for gun rights. Thank you. I appreciate due process. Gotta be honest, I always get creeped out, with how people willingly throw due process out the window, when they hate the "accused". Regardless of how much the hate is and may be justified by the crowd, I really don't want to see people killed or stripped of their rights, because of "accusations". I'm just never going to be a fan of witch hunts... ...Also technically, couldn't you argue that a p*dophile, is a p*dophile, regardless of if they act on their impulses? They have the desire... I draw the line on acting upon said desire, but I'm sure people feel justified in killing them, simply because of their thought crime. Then we have the issue of an individual who is in possession of p*dophilic "content". What about another who has similar content, yet never actually financially supported the content. What about cartoons and works of fiction? Then you have p*edophiles who were victims and might have developed a weird way of coping... ...I mean if people want to hate, okay... ...But, we don't want to lose reason, right? It's more important to protect our loved ones and rights, rather than killing and taking rights away from the ones we hate, isn't it? I've found the focus on dehumanizing and killing your enemy dangerous, as I'm sure many people we would call evil today, have and once had that perspective, as they went about their "righteous" atrocities. All because definitions can grow a little out of control and stretch to encompass too much, too generally.

@@MrGhoulie You have won today's Fun Fact to Cause Depression! Bots are better than people at solving captchas. The primary reason for this is because the likes of Google use AI to do things like read house numbers, road signs, business logos etc, and have been using captchas for years to make us teach them how to do it. Remember those captchas with funny writing on them, and they used to have two words? Well the captcha knew what one of the words were but not the other. So when we solved the captcha correctly, it would learn what the word the captcha didn't already know and add it to a database. Same thing for the ones that make you pick images - it makes the people teach their AI how to recognise images and what they are. AI has gotten *so good* at this shit, humans are usually only a third as effective as bots.

Being smooth bore, it misses him entirely and kills the neighbors dog. - I now have to resort to my cannon at the top of the stairs loaded with grapeshot. - I run upstairs and shout "Tally Ho lads!" As i fire. The grape shot shreds two men in the blast. The sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms down the block. - I fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. - He bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive, since triangular bayonet wounds are very difficult to stitch up. - All done, just as the founding fathers intended!

HOWEVER- a sufficient amount of blood that definitively belongs to the theoretical Vic has been successfully litigated to constitute a "body of evidence" BECAUSE: the person who's DNA that belonged to could not have physically survived that amount of blood loss. This means: that even if they don't find the body, if they find carpet (etc) with a sufficient volume of blood, it's legally the same as finding a body, and you'll likely be convicted (even if the alleged vic was a pedo)... Back when being gay was still shunned by society, and they were fighting for their "rights" (they already HAD their rights, they wanted to be an exception, and we gave in), that opened the door for ANY perversion to become "normalized" and "accepted". Fast forward 30 years, and now pedos are "minor attracted people" teaching in our schools. And it's acceptable. Is it right? *FUCK NO.* But that's what happens when you bend your principles... you continue to bend them further and further. Unless y'all gonna fire up the woodchipper for real, there is due process under the law, and even pedos get that right. Otherwise, get out there and start acting instead of just talking. You risk committing another Emmett Till, but if that's acceptable to you, go for it.

There is a reason why it’s innocent until proven guilty. Most importantly, after conviction, then the rights go bye-bye. Until then, we must go hands-off. I respect Brandon and his amazing views, videos, and gun collection. I hope others can find peace between each group on this issue and we can stay unified against the real threat…. The whole opening of this really makes me face palm. Not at the FPC, but at the people who took this way out of context. If you can replace that term with anything else, "men", "women", "gays", "straights" followed by "don't have human rights" and it is suddenly a problem for you, you are being inconsistent. All humans have human rights, in the case of those that break the law and violate others human rights, we do restrict their rights in particular aspects in order to protect others, but that does not take away all of their human rights.
