This has been the bottom line for us, the Trigger Tech Diamond gives up nothing to the Jewell but we have not had a single breakage to repair issue.

I honestly have a jewel trigger that I bought in 1994. It’s let thousands of rounds down range with no malfunctions. At times it has gotten very dirty but still runs!!! When I bought this jewel it came with different weight springs and since I have bought newer ones they don’t come with any extra weight springs. Back in the day I think they were the top choice and I still use jewels along with other brands. I’ve often wondered if the guys who have trouble with jewels if maybe their sear timing is of causing trigger issues, I just wonder if their engagement could be off. Thanks for another great video!! Any thoughts?

We looked at sear timing and sent several back to Jewell but no real answers. The main issue we had with them was a small lever in the middle of the cluster breaking when a primer is pierced. Happened with several factory and custom 700 foot printed actions. A shame as the trigger pull when working was outstanding.

I recommended a Jewel to a friend (I have 5). He couldn't make it work right. I looked at it and found he had it adjusted all wrong. Aftewr a few adjustments it was beautiful and he's not had any problems.
