Uncle Ssendi you're so right. Ugandan's abroad need to hang and vibe with each other. This is why we have the Kampala Night in every state abantu bafune ku vibe with fellow Ugandans. Social Depression is really felt abroad especially the first few years after you leave Uganda. Eno you don't even know your Neighbours, buli omu ali mu kukola ssente ate nga bwezigwawo in bills, sending $$ to ug etc and the cycle repeats. Exercising increases Dopamine (pronounced doh-pa-meen) and endorphins (en-door-fins). Makes you feel good and temporarily cures depression.

Atte Abazungu beeno abasinga don’t want to befriend us but they talk to us just to see if you’re needy so that they can help you and then go talk to their friends or churches on how they helped a black person. When you’re well off tebakwagala bcoz how can you be better than them who see themselves superior…. I won’t forget how omuziina gwo muzungu gwasanga in a store where we pay membership to shop naye ssebo gwasooka kumpa black cup cake mbu talina kulya black chocolate to give to my daughter gwo negisigaza white cupcake nensilika 🙄 then when we reached the parking she drove her old mukebe car then came back to my parking space and vomited mbu God has told her to give me 20 dollars, kyoka nga my car was like 10 times more expensive than her scrap car… I wondered why didn’t she give that money to someone who looked more needy cz she had already drove off..bamanyiira🙄🙄🙄 nze banange. Naye kyoka after seeing the racism in these countries I remember nti naffe euganda tulina okusosola and it should stop that tribalism cz when you face the real one that’s when you know

So if you have some of the above listed xtics - it might be a personality . How do you understand that its depression then? Introspect behind , if your life just twisted to the above mentioned syndromes , its depression . If you have been living with them from child hood . Its your way of life .
