I see you are shipping it to Fremantle, I am in Perth and have a M1M rebuilt by BigBill. I had problems with customs at Freo regarding the possibility of asbestos being in the brake shoes, cost me big $$$ to get testing done before customs clearance issued, hope you did not have the same problem ? also road registration is impossible if the bucket is on the RHS, must be LHS. As you say the joys of owning a Chang !

Hello L.i.C. Have you been reposted work wise, or just going home to Aus for an extended vacation? I reckon the changy coils won't like the heat back down under. Kind regards.

Bike is just going back to sell it in Australia. It gets at hot in Beijing as Australia. But the Chang doesn't like long rides on hot days....

@@lifeinchina7758 Oh, is there to be no more changy in your videos? My theory is that it is the ignition coil, mounted to the engine block - as it is, it likes lots of air cooling, and if you snarl up in slow moving traffic, then it overheats the coil and starts missing etc. It could do with a little 12volt fan or something when slowed up and hot.

@@onanysundrymule3144 Still a few more Chang videos I think. The bikes are a 1937 design for a colder climate. There is water cooled cylinder kit for them which apparently helps a bit...but if you rest the bike every hour or so they run fine.

As the bike is imported a a 1972, It can have right hand sidecar.

Should you convert the sidecar from right to left in china, labour is cheaper in China

You can have a right hand side car in AU if the bike was built pre-1988. So I'll leave this as it was built.
