This is my experience with anxiety and depression and wanting to commit suicide. I didn’t ask for help for a while and that made it a lot worse. When I finally asked for help, that’s when I began to get better!
I wanted to share this to let you know that if you struggle with this that it’s okay to ask for help! You are loved and you are valuable! You don’t have to isolate yourself!
Also, if you don’t struggle with this, maybe some of the things I mentioned you can recognize in people around you and see if they’re okay. Let your people know you care for them!
