Thank you for showing these first, them going through each exercise in real time. My newest way to start exercising again, it's to do the exercises with you folks .... otherwise i cannot motivate myself to do them (even for a few minutes) by myself.

i stretch my legs on the sofa at the end of the day because i feel so tired. i tend to work on my laptop while doing this. i might hurt my back in the long run. is there a better way to do this? ty

hey guys im a boxer and ive been running around 4-5 miles a day but all of a sudden my shins are in so much pain i cant do any lower body exercises right now i just ask if you have any videos about this 😢😢

I fell a couple of years ago and had terrible body pain and debilitation. Now I'm finally coming back and I need these exercises and we'll do them each morning before I go for a walk. This note. Thanks you for a great service. I also use hanging service to get rid of the problems in my shoulders.
