Mine started with Covid19 in 2020 and gotten worse with infections with covid variants. Feel this gentle exercise has great potential to help. But gonna start slow and build up as just did one round and head still trying to tell me I am dizzy while seated! Age 76

Okay advice, but ....... too simplistic. The "must NOT HOLD ON TO ANYTHING" .... Not possible, nor advisable, for someone (as myself) with both central and peripheral cranial nerve eight damage (near complete transection) with multiple surgeries post SEVEREST of TBI. Please be careful all.

Hello! Thank you for the comment. Definetly, some might not be able to let go at all. If your injuries are severe, this might not be the exercise for you. But the vast majority of people with this problem can benefit from this. In the video, I instruct to hold your hands above the support, becuase if you lose your balance you MUST have something to grab onto.
