I've had these for about over a year. Definitely, recommend them. Does it have streaming and content quality mic ability? Nuh. Not really. But in terms of gaming, and using it as an in-game mic to talk in gaming lobbies. I've had nothing but a huge amount of compliments of the sound of this headset. Even just hopping into a random overwatch lobby, immediately getting praise when they hear my voice. When it comes to in-game mics, it's no secret that they serve one purpose usually. Getting your voice across. So game lobbies and the like are just over saturated with scratchy and noisy audio. So in that regard, your teammates will greatly appreciate the quality of your voice. Just like he said though, these headphones are going to be best for the kind of people who want to be conscious of their surroundings. Hearing people around you as they talk to you (as long as the audio is not blasting at max) and hearing yourself talk is just always a plus. I will admit one drawback that I have with these headphones, In competitive scenarios. I don't quite feel like it has the spacial awareness as others. Surround sound feels, not bad but. Less noticeable. Its there, you hear it. But in situations when you're in the middle of a field and want to hear a guy walking up on you. It's going to be a lot harder to detect those sounds IMO. But maybe that could just be my poor sense of awareness. Still, the pros greatly outweigh that one con. As someone who used these as their daily driver for the past year, I definitely agree with what he says in the video. (Although I personally feel like my mic sounds a bit better ;p)

@@seal158 I have the Game One. So far I'm happy with it. The sound quality is good but not as amazing as the HD 800's (of course). The Game One is VERY durable and well-built, which is a must for a gaming headset. It's fairly comfortable to wear. My only complaint is that the microphone isn't as good as I would have liked (it's good, but not great). Overall, worth the price if I can get 5 years of daily use out of them, which I probably will.

Great job as usual. We have a problem I hope you can help us with. We do a radio show and frequently have guests who absolutely refuse to stay close enough to standalone mics. Often they are a bit older and uncomfortable with the idea of being in front of a mic anyway. We get frequent complaints about the in-again, out-again volume, and sometimes reminding the guest to speak into the mic annoys them and changes the tone of the interview. Of course we've tried to compensate with tricks, but the noise and other side effects are not desirable. Here's my latest idea: a good quality headset mic, perhaps with headphones. The priority for us is the mic quality; the headphones just have to be good enough to hear the other voices in the discussion. Any suggests for someone in our shoes?

I have owned these for about a year and I love them, they are far better than the turtle beach I owned. I use them for console playing. The negatives that comes to mind are, the mic picks up noises from quite a far distance away, friends can hear crickets from outside my house. Secondly the plastic over time gets squeaky and just noisy, it is noticeable with minimal head movement. Overall I have zero regrets about this purchase. Thank you for the review, just thought I would share my experience.

what I would appreciate from headphones review is to say the following: this is how I felt after 1 hour of wearing them, after 3 hours, after 5 hours..maybe it's just me who is comfort sensitive, I don't know, it's never covered by anyone. You can be a casual gamer 1-2 hours ever so often or hardcore 3-4 hours every other day, they might be awesome for a casual gamer, but get so uncomfortably hot for longer sessions which is a dealbreaker no matter how quality they are, don't you agree?

Șerban I have no issues with my PC360’s that I’ve been using for 8 years now. The headband loosens up after a while and makes them sit very loose yet not too loose so they would fall off easy or so. A side bonus from this is that they also feels less hot after that 😁. I can game all from 1-2 hours up to sitting a whole saturday wearing them and feel no discomfort. My arms and elbows hurt though 🤣

Hey Bandrew, can you review Beyerdynamic MMX 300 2nd Generation and Sennheiser GSP 300?
@ZoneCracker
5 жыл бұрын
From my own experience having the MMX 300 for three years I can say the sound quality is one of the best I heard in a long, long time. Listening to music or watching movies with them is amazing. And playing games works great too! The microphone quality is very clean and crisp. However, the build quality is horrible. Even though it looks like pro quality it will break. The locks on the metal band that is supposed to keep the ear cups in place will give up and it will start pushing the headband towards your head until it will cause uncomfortable pressure. The plastic that holds the cups will dry out in time and crack and piece by piece will fall off. I tried to contact Beyerdynamic to buy replacement but they didn't want to sell it, even if they have it on their website. Told me to contact a local retailer, but the local retailers doesn't sell spare parts. The cups are big enough for my ears and the inner side do slightly touch my ears. Even though my cups uses some kind of a soft fabric it does get pretty warm in them. For shorter sessions it should work well. And for some strange reason, the microphone suddenly dies. Just like mine did.
