What a beautiful, imaginative performance of this charming set! I love all the sounds and colors Cho creates as the water splashes and shimmers in Reflets, I admire how he keeps Hommage so interesting and expressive, and I enjoy the fun in Mouvement, a piece I have seen dismissed as "just a technical exercise", but for me a humorous capture of the strange sounds of hustle and bustle on the streets and sidewalks of early 20C Paris. Thank you, Seong-Jin, for a memorable performance of Images!

연주도 연주지만...드뷔시 이양반도 참...일렁이고 반짝이고 때론 바람에 흔들리는 물결을 어떻게 이렇게 잘 표현했을까

I like how he plays 'Hommage à Rammeau', lifting it from the morbidness it potentially can suffer when performed feebly. Although this is a view that is quiet subjective and might have a lot to do with the fact that this is one of the few pieces I play myself, feebly.

I agree - it's a beautiful performance. Sometimes it's played like an elegy or a tribute to the past; this seems more like a thank-you to one of the most interesting and beautiful of the French Baroque composers. Perhaps Debussy felt a kinship with the earlier composer.
