@@mcmmtransitproductions - Show them SEPTA's video policy. As long as you're not using a tripod, or interfering with other passengers, you are allowed to film in any place on SEPTA property that is open to the public. www.septa.org/policy/film.html

@@OldsVistaCruiser You would actually be interfering with passenger if you're recording out the front window, so MCM is actually right. You just gotta know the operator and hope they allow you to do so. Theoretically, we shouldn't be doing ride videos anyway because the "natural" audio isn't supposed to be recorded.

Thanks for posting, this was my trolley line in the day 40 yrs ago, however I do not recall it stopping at Penn or Drexel at the time , I remember it stopping in the basement of Wanamaker's and there was always a guy down there that sold soft pretzels, in the summer when you would have the windows down in the trolley you would know exactly where you are just by the smell, nice memories
