Thanks for sharing..can i ask why after stacking photos ,my front ground show purple color? which part of i set wrongly?
@Naztronomy
Жыл бұрын
You should look through each individual image and check if any of those frames have some kind of purple light. Since we're stacking, all light on the ground tend to get stacked on top of one another. If that's not the case, how many images are you stacking? You could try stacking half and then stack the other half to see if either or both have that purple color. It's a good way of knowing if you have a weird image in there somewhere even if you can't visually see it.

Thank you! I'm not familiar with Lightroom Mobile but I know regular lightroom allows you to do adjust curves. If lightroom mobile allows you to do that, you may be able to do parts of it. I'm not familiar with how to adjust levels with Lightroom though 🙁 You can do everything in Gimp, which is a free software. I can make a video on that later but for now you can check out their documentation: Levels - docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-tool-levels.html Curves - docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-tool-curves.html The camera raw stuff I did should also be available as different options in Gimp. Let me know if you have any questions. Your lens and camera sounds amazing! Way better than the gear I used for my capture. Clear skies!

@@Naztronomy i would love to see how its done in gimp, I'm about to try and re-teach myself how to edit using gimp opposed to canon dpp4 that I have used since taking up nightscape photography 5 yrs ago. I have always edited in dpp4 and saved as tiffs before stacking in sequator, but i don't think i extract the best out of the images that way and am going to start stacking the CR2 raw images and then process the output tiff in gimp. I've tried editing the dpp4 edited stack in gimp, but being tiffs saved again as a tiff stack i think it's already at its full potential

@@robertleeimages I'll add a gimp tutorial to my backlog. I'm hoping to get back out somewhere in a couple of months for this Milky Way Season so I can get some updated data.
