There was a woman who suffered from polio on her right leg from her childhood.
She underwent orthopedic surgery at another university hospital, but her leg was not corrected and still suffered from discomfort.
There were many complex deformations on her foot.
cavus, varus, claw toes, equinus……
The foot with multiple deformities were all corrected with one operation and cast for 6 weeks.
She is happy with the changed foot after the surgery and expects to be able to walk normally after full rehabilitation. :-)
She is currently practicing rehabilitation and walking.
