Oh, my God! This is just so beautiful, a stellar performance.

The Tenor in this piece is Bob Bracey, later Dr. Bracey who was getting his PhD in Vocal performance at the time. I was a tenor 2 in the choir at the time and will never forget how great that song was.

University of Michigan Men's Glee Club, 4-time Llangollen International Festival gold medalist, and the very first American and non-European choir to win the gold medal at Llangollen. This is the 2nd oldest collegiate choir in America, only a year younger than Harvard Men's Glee Club.

That soloist must have been one of the guys discovered by the Metropolitan Opera when Michigan performed at the Lincoln Center. There were 3 glee club members that were discovered at that performance.
