Been on this Ornish plan (with 5:2 Intermittent Fasting added) for only 3 weeks and my Type 2 Diabetes is GONE already. First FBS under 100 without medications in "forever". Insurance Plans should PAY PATIENTS (half of current expenditures) that go on this plan...and keep paying for a couple years if still on the plan. Everybody wins except the Drug Merchants and Doctors. Plus...eating home made non-processed foods IS WAY CHEAP. Saving almost $hundred a week on food. Eating out is WAY difficult however. If I was still on the road all the time, it would take a lot more planning.

You will need a chair, yoga mat, two or more pillows and a space near a wall to do Legs up the Wall.
