Thank you SO much for making this video! I’ve been trying to find one on the JB Jr. Neck position series/parallel comparison. Ive got one in my bridge and it’s the best sounding bridge pickup I’ve heard in series. Perfect balance between output and string definition. Tighter than a normal hum-bucker in the low end. I’d really like to hear a JB Jr. And a Li’l ‘59 in the middle and neck positions with a series/parallel comparison as well if you have the time.

Thank you brother! This is an old video. You'll probably like this other one I've made with a better sound quality. It's the same JB Jr on the neck position of another guitar I've put together. kzitem.info/news/bejne/yICnu6xvg5R9Y6A

Great Video, thank you. I have a Strat with the Seymou Duncan "Everything axe set", and i LOVE all the positions except bridge. I'm thinking about put in parallel my JB jr bridge position. Most of times i need a more traditional sound, specially if i try to play some classic rock, or country stuff in bridge position.

It's a good idea! I'd install a push-push (not a push-pull) pot in order to get series/parallel option for your bridge JB jr. It works better with strat knobs.

A Lil 59 Bridge pickup might suit you better?

Hello, I'm going to install a Red Devil bridge in my Strat. I play rock, blues/rock, blues... I want to switch it but not sure if Coil Split or Series/parallel. which is better? any suggestion please? thanks in advance 🙏

I’d install it with series/parallel wiring. Coils in parallel generally sound closer to single coils than split coils. Besides, parallel coils have hum cancelling proprieties! Even better!
