✨Zaza pasta - Recipe for making spaghetti gamberi at home!✨
Ingredients: Spaghetti noodles, shrimps, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, sliced garlic, peperoncino, (Italian parsley)
1. Put salt and oil in the boiling water and boil the noodles for about 10 minutes (11~12 minutes depending on your preference!)
2. While boiling the noodles, put enough oil on the pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic.
3. When you can smell the garlic, put a little bit of peperoncino and sun dried tomatoes and stir-fry them.
4. When it starts looking red, put shrimps and cook it, and season it with salt and pepper.
5. When the noodles are cooked, put the noodles and the juice from the noodles in and stir-fry them together and finish it (with the parsley on top)!
